Makeup Tag

1. What is the first makeup item you remember owning?
Miners Lipgloss I believe. Or some not spectacularly high quality palettes from a big set I’d have been bought at Christmas or a birthday.

2. What's the makeup item that makes the least sense to you?
I… don’t know? Lots of things don’t make sense for me, like “dewy” foundation, but they probably make sense in general. The latest “Sunlight” range from Barry M seems a bit gimmicky to me. I think I’m just out of the loop.

3. What category of products do you hate shopping for? Love shopping for?
I loathe shopping for foundation, my skin is a stupid colour with all the redness in my cheeks and super pale so I can’t ever seem to find any that fit me right and don’t look too yellow or too dark. Indie wise I’m bad at shopping for perfumes, mostly because I’m a dunce and know very little about notes or what smells like what, which is my fault.
I like shopping for eyeshadows and nail varnish most. Which is fairly evident when you look at my collection. Oops.

4. What products are you currently lusting after?
Genuinely can’t think of anything I’m lusting after right now makeup wise. There are a few perfumes, I’m thinking of picking up a couple of the Makeup Revolution Salvation Velvet Lip Laquers, but that’s it until Barry M start their autumn releases, unless one of the indie brands drops an amazing new one.

5. What's your most recent makeup purchase?
A bright purple eyeliner pencil from Miss Sporty for filling in my brows in a rush, I rather like it. Also in the states I picked up OPI’s Nail Envy. That’s been it recently makeup wise. I did grab some perfume samples in a destash on reddit and by the time this goes live I’ll have put in an order at Smelly Yeti for scents.

6. Do you have any brand loyalties? Why?
Barry M for nail varnish, mostly because they’re really good for the price and I generally love the colours that they come out with.

7. What is your biggest makeup packaging pet peeve?
Those plastic ones that need to be cut open and then lacerate your hands to pieces when you try to get into them. Also bottles with a pump when the tube doesn’t even reach to the bottom of the bottle! Those are the worst.

8. What colours do you buy most often?
Greens and purples. Though I’ve been on a reds and oranges kick lately.

Bedtime Tag

1.    What are you favourite pajamas?
I tend to just wear tee shirts as tops, but my favourite PJ pants are a tie between my nerd pants with pyjamas on and a pair that say “Caution: Hot”. I like dorky, cartoony stuff.

2. Current bedtime reading?
The Gemini Effect and the DC Convergence titles. Actually that’s a lie, 90% of my reading in bed at the moment is catching up on blogs because I am so far behind and spending every free second working near enough.

3. What is on your bedside table?
My makeup drawers, but it’s a bit far to be bedside. I put my glasses on the arm of the sofa when I’m asleep, and I have my mug of tea on there while I’m in bed reading. It goes on the floor when I sleep so I don’t smash it in the night. Just in case.

4. Favourite sleepy scent?
Don’t have one. Sometimes I use lavender on my pillow, but I don’t much care for lavender really.

5. What is your usual bedtime & wakeup time?
Bedtime is between 11pm and midnight. I’m usually in bed between 10 and 11 but I do the last reading and such before I sleep. Wake up around 7am most days. Sadly.

6. Top 3 bedtime products?
uuuuh. Cleansing oil for makeup removal and face cleaning. Sometimes I remember to moisturise, I use Boots Botanicals Hydrating Night Cream when I do. And is Vanilla Rooibos a product? Because that’s a favourite product for bedtime.

7. Your most common sleeping position?
Side. Usually left side. Unless I’m injured/pierced on that side.

8. Any strange bed time routines?
ASMR videos. Or rather the sound from them. I don’t think anything else is weird, unless you count having to pull my sofa bed out every night weird. It’s a pain in the ass whatever it is.

9. Are you big spoon or little spoon?
Little spoon. I’m little.

(I have no damn idea who I stole this off, tell me if it was you!)

The Christmas Tag

I got this tag from Milk Bubble Tea, and well, 'tis almost the season I guess...

1. What is your favourite Christmas Movie/s?
I don't really have a favourite, I'm not a big Christmas movie person. My mum loves them but eh, guess I missed out on that gene. I do quite like The Santa Clause though, so I'll say that.

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Christmas morning! I'd feel weird opening them sooner.

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?
I can't think of any that really jump out, I just really like being able to sit around with the whole family.

4. Favourite festive food?
I'm getting rather fond of sprouts, and I do usually steal the crispy bacon from the top of the turkey. Really my plate is mostly a mountain of broccoli. I'm a sucker for festive sweets though, and fruit cake. The fruit cake is probably my favourite, I just hate to admit it.

5. Favourite Christmas gift ?
My iPod. Of recent years anyway, Cards Against Humanity was also an awesome present from my sister. Had things been different I would have been talking about the necklace I got from my ex, but eh c'est la vie.

6. Favourite Christmas scent?
Oooh, I like the winter spice candles that come out this time of year. And back in the day when she used to still cook I loved the smell of my grandma's fruit cake. It was fruity and boozy and just wonderful.

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?
Not really. When I was little we used to put out the stockings and the sacks for Santa to fill with presents, but at 23 I'm a little too old for that now. Mostly I try to get a reasonably early night.

8. What tops your tree?
At present nothing, we don't have an indoor tree any more at home and I don't have one in Bolton. We used to have an angel on top though if I remember correctly. It's been a few years. If I do get a tree for Bolton I think I'm going to try and find a Weeping Angel or a bat to stick on it, if that fails I'll make a star.

9. As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?

A horse/pony. I asked for one for Christmas and my birthday every year for aaaages. Never happened. I still don't have my own horse! I did get horse riding lessons though, which was nearly as good. (I am joking, I really appreciated the riding lessons and they're still one of the greatest things I ever did.)

10. What's the best part about Christmas for you?
Spending time with family, and seeing family members I don't get to see very often like my aunt and uncle. And the Doctor Who Christmas special.

The Autumn Tag

I stole this tag from the lovely Makeup Pixie, you can see the original here and obviously all credit for thinking of the questions and starting the tag goes to her, so thank you lovely!

1.  Ok we're talking coffee's - what's your favourite seasonal drink from Starbucks/Costa/Cafe Nero etc?
Okay, so I don't really go to coffee shops. Not trying to be cool, just not a massive fan of coffee and also a pretty broke PhD student. If I go I just get a cup of tea, usually Early Grey. I'm dull like that. I am tempted to treat myself and try a Skinny Pumpkin Latte one day.

2.  Accessories - what do you opt for, scarf, boots, gloves?
I wear boots nearly all the time anyway, but I do love scarves in Autumn. It's not cold enough for gloves quite yet, but I do find they get in the way more often than not.

3.  Music - what's your favourite music to listen to during Autumn?
I've been all about podcasts lately, more than music, but I have started getting fit and getting into the gym more which means I have some great upbeat current hits on my playlist to keep me going when I want to quit (usually about a minute into my workout haha).

4.  Perfume - what's your favourite scent for this time of year?
While I love fruity scents for summer I am way more into the spicy scents as the weather gets cooler, really loving Common Brimstone's Oshun and State of Grace's Demonic Forces right now (when I remember to put them on after the gym!)

5.  Candles - what scents will you be burning this season?
I love spicy and foody scents (as well as my lovely vanilla), currently burning toffee apple but I also have Gingerbread yet to burn. Basically any nice seasonal foody scent is right up my alley – ginger, toffee, marshmallow, all over that kind of stuff.

6.  What do you love most about Autumn?
The leaves changing colour! The trees are all so pretty in autumn (until they lose their leaves).

7.  Favourite makeup look?
I tend to lean towards more metallic and coppery/orange colours in the autumn, plenty of reds and oranges and browns. I love those colours but they really come into play more this season. Same with nails, more of the warmer, 'autumn' colours. The kinds you see on the trees.

8.  What are you looking forward to most in Autumn?
Halloween! It's by far my favourite holiday of the year :D And I have a Supernatural convention coming up in October where I (unless something happens) get to meet Richard Speight Jr, who I love, to bits. Lots to get excited about :)

The Summer Tag

I spotted the Summer Tag over on the lovely Makeup Pixi3's blog and thought it was a great way to ease myself into blogging again. Plus, I do really like summer, so here goes.

If you want to do the tag yourself check out the original post over here

1.  What's your favourite thing about Summer?
SUNSHINE! And I like not being cold. Oh god how I enjoy not being cold.

2.  Do you have a favourite Summer drink?
Not really. I mostly drink tea and Pepsi Max anyway, but I enjoy having ice in my drink and I'm drinking more squash. I love love love the idea of cider or cider and black in the summer, with tonnes of ice, and if it wasn't for my MH issues and the calories involved I'd probably drink them a lot. Trying to challenge myself to one when I get my new flat :).

3.  Is there a location you like to go to each Summer?
I used to go to the Isle of Wight with family every year when I was little, but not any more. I just like being outside a lot more over summer.

4.  Favourite makeup look for Summer?
I tend to lean towards lighter make up and brighter colours. Recently I've been experimenting with not wearing eyeliner (for the first time since... 16? yikes)

5.  Dresses or skirts?
Skirts. I do have a few dresses I love but 99% of the time I just feel that dresses highlight how much my stomach sticks out. Or they somehow make my thighs look even bigger. Skirts I can hide my belly in better.

6.  Sandals or ballet pumps?
Neither. I wear boots pretty much year round, or I have some skate shoes for when it's much hotter (or boots look stupid).

7.  Do you prefer to wear your hair up or down for Summer?
At the moment my hair is fairly short so I've been wearing it down more often than not (it takes little to no effort, I'm lazy) but I quite often throw my hair into a ponytail when it's hot.

8.  Deep smokey eyes or bold lips?
I've been rocking bold lips a lot more lately, but smokey eyes are my forever go to love.

9.  Favourite perfume for Summer?
DKNY So Delicious. I lean more towards fruity perfumes in the summer months, I have a few perfume oils I've been using a lot more lately – especially Firebird Bath and Body's Morroccan Fig, but DKNY So Delicious has been my go to for years. It's running out so really I need to pick up some more fruity perfume oils or solids. Any suggestions?

10.  Last but not least, favourite music for Summer?
I do lean towards dancier, poppier music in the summer. Lots more pop and pop-rock music, I've been really enjoying The Cab's newest EP lately.

The Spring Tag

I stole this awesome tag from Makeup-Pixi3, you can see her original post with it here and answer yourself if you'd like :). The photo I used for the banner is from LiteWriting on Flickr

1.  What's your favourite nail colours for Spring?
Right now I am kind of loving pastels and peachy shades. In particular Barry M Gellys in Dragonfruit, Prickly Pear, Papaya and Greenberry.

2.  Best drink for Spring?
Honestly I just drink lots of tea and fizzy flavoured water (and pepsi max, but I'm trying to cut down!) year round.

3.  What goes on your lips in Spring?
Really, really in love with the Barry M Touch of Magic lip paint right now, as it's a stain as well. But any pinky shades are good for me in spring.

4.  What's your favourite thing about Spring?
Longer, brighter days. And the warmth. The sunshine is really high up there for me though, especially when I'm walking home from the station at 7pm. It's nice to still see daylight when I get back!

5.  Best perfume for Spring?
DKNY Be Delicious is a great one. I have some nice sweet and fruity perfume oils from etsy as well that I'm loving.

6.  What TV series are you watching the most at the moment?
Supernatural, always. Hannibal as well, and I'm really loving Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D which has stepped up a gear of late. And of course my one real reality show – Face Off! Oh and Game of Thrones now it restarted!

7.  Do you wear a different colour eye shadow in Spring?
I never intend to, but I do gravitate towards lighter and brighter colours as the weather gets warmer and brighter so I guess I do! I wear all kinds of colours all year though.

8.  Do you change your hair for the changing season?I'm planning to this year! I'm going to get my hair cut short for summer (I've been wanting to cut it short anyway, and warmer weather is good encouragement) but for the last few years I never bothered. I just chopped bits off when it got too long for me regardless of the season, and my hair is always crazy colours! Haha.

9.  What kind of music do you listen do in Spring?
Same I listen to year round, a big mix! I probably go for slightly lighter rock music – more pop punk than heavier metal, but in general it's a mix of rock and chart. I have been loving Bastille and Ke$ha of late.

10.  What kind of fashion items/accessories do you opt for in Spring?
Lighter layers. Thinner scarves and coats, and ankle boots more than knee high ones. Other than that my style remains mostly the same. Unless it's one of those freak super warm days we've had, then it's skater/fit and flare style dresses and skirts with leggings. Or long jumper types with leggings. I'm a creature of habit for the most part.

Blogger Love Tag

I got this from the lovely Makeup Savvy, it seemed like a fun tag and a great way to share some favourite reads! You can find the original post here.

What was the first blog you ever came across?
I think it was Scrangie. Either Scrangie or A Daisy Chain Dream .

Favourite beauty blog reads
Ah so many! Here are some that sprang straight to mind, Dark Side of BeautyBlog of Shadows, Midnight Violets and Prettymaking

Best blogging friend
I'm not sure I have one. I've never met any bloggers in real life!

Name a blog that enables your purchases
I really don't know! Phyrra and Toxid Lotus' indie swatches, Dark Side of Beauty and Midnight Violets reviews and Britnails nail swatches are usually up there though!

5 blogs everyone should be reading!
Just read all the blogs! Erm, trying not to double up on people I already mentioned before, because you should read all of those too, and throw some non-beauty blogs in here.

Your favourite way to read blogs
Through Bloglovin , on my laptop. I love how easy it is to scroll through posts and keep up with multiple blogs without having to remember urls etc, though having to go back to the bloglovin homepage after I comment can be a pain.

Bloggers that inspire you
Dark Side of Beauty and Blog of Shadows inspire me so much as far as eye looks go, Manicurity and The Nailasaurus inspire me with their nail art looks. I love A Daisy Chain Dream , Bones and Lilies and Zombies Wear Eyeliner style wise!

 Favourite blog design/look
I really love The Geeky Owl blog header and social media links, but I think The Beauty Department has a pretty awesome layout.

What is your favourite thing about blogging?
Would it be horribly shallow to say the comments? Hah. I enjoy doing make up anyway, and would be creating day-to-day looks regardless, but knowing that people like my looks and getting compliments that I don't receive in 'real life' is a massive self-esteem boost [and a much needed one]. I do enjoy getting to do some of the more creative looks and series as well.

Name a blogger you would most like to see write a book in the future!
I would love to see Thoughts of a Lunatic write one, about her life and everything. A make up and skincare tips book from Blog of Shadows would be amazing too!

Christmas Tag

I wasn't tagged, but I did steal this from the lovely Makeup Pixi3

1.  Do you prefer a real Christmas tree or synthetic?
Synthetic. Have you seen the mess made by real ones?!

2.  You're in a coffee shop, it's December, what do you pick?
Tea. Genuinely not a big fan of coffee I'm afraid.

3.  Whats your favourite colour scheme for decorating the tree?
Purple and silver if I had my say. I also like blues, greens and some gold.

4.  Giving or receiving?
Giving. I feel bad when people spend money on me, but I love getting people things! I try to get thoughtful presents even if they're not big ones.

5.  To mince pie or not to?
I will admit to indulging in the odd mince pie. Warmed up with a bit of brandy butter/baileys if I can. So bad for me, but so good.
6.  What's your traditional sunday lunch?
Christmas lunch? We kind of go all out, even if I do tend to load my plate with a good 90% broccoli and carrots. I do love turkey and gravy, and cranberry sauce and apple sauce. I'm very much a condiments person. And I've grown more fond of stuffing and sprouts as I've gotten older.

7.  Christmas day fashion
I  get proper dressed up. I so rarely get to look nice these days that I really enjoy putting on a pretty dress and high heels and looking good, even if it is just to potter around my grandparent's bunaglow with family.
8.  What's your favourite Christmas song?
Fairytale of New York. Easily. I do love some more alternative songs, Forget December, Yule Shoot Your Eye Out and Ex Miss all spring to mind.

9.  What's your favourite Christmas film?
I'm not a huge Christmas film fan. I do like The Santa Clause, and Black Christmas

10.  Open presents before or after lunch?
Before. Because my sister and I used to be overeager kids, and after lunch now everyone is too tired, stuffed and drunk to bother!

Blog Your Heart Out

I was nominated for this by the lovely www.katieslostandfound.blogspot.co.uk whom I am now stalking, so please go check out her blog.
The rules are answer the following five questions, and then nominate five other people to do the same.

1.What/who encouraged you to start blogging?
I was unemployed, out of education and bored. I considered it and was encouraged by a bunch of people, including the lovely Laura at A Daisy Chain Dream

2. How did you choose what topic(s) to blog about?
I love make up and read a lot of beauty blogs! Really I blog about my interests, hence the odd movie/tv post. But make up is one of those things I enjoy and I can write about.

3. What is something that most people don't know about you?
I really like shoes. I just never buy or wear nice ones hah

4. What three words describe your style?
Comfortable. Dorky. Rumpled. I don't really have a style, I just try to stay comfy.

5. What do you like to do when you are not blogging?
I don't know about like, but I'm a PhD student now. And I watch a fair bit of telly. Outside of that it's sleeping and walking!

The five bloggers I'm nominating... *drumroll*
Aqeela MUA
Miss Beauty Bits
Addicted to the Allure of Beauty
Makeup Pixi3
Zombies Wear Eyeliner

Sorry if anyone's done it before.

Skincare Tag

I was once again tagged by the beautiful Sami at That Redhead Said..., this time to do a skincare tag!

1. Describe your skincare routine in 5 words...
 I just cleanse and moisturise.

2. What is your skin type?

Combination, leaning oilier in Summer, and spotty

3. What is your favourite skincare product?

I don't really have one, but I'm loving the L'Oreal Micellar Water at the moment

4. Top blemish zapper...Freederm, though I plan on giving Skinetica a full run

5. Facewipes - yay or nay... Yay. They're great for lazy days.

6. Toner - yay or nay... I'm eh about toner, some products make me feel like I need it, but mostly no.

7. High-end skincare or high-end make-up?
Neither? I know I'm supposed to say skincare really, though I guess I wouldn't mind giving the Effeclar Duo or Bioderma a try.

7. What is the most unusual skincare product you have tried?Nothing really. I'm pretty boring and lazy skin care wise.

8. You're in a French Pharmacy and can only pick one item - what would it be?
Effeclar Duo. Failing that, Bioderma I guess.

9. Top Skincare Tip...
Always take your make-up off at the end of the day.

Not tagging anyone this time, but if you fancy doing this then feel free!

Get Your Freak On Tag

I was tagged by the lovely Sami over at That Redhead Said... to do the Get Your Freak On Tag. So here we go. Please do go stop by Sami's blog for a read, she posts about food, beauty and mental health and is generally lovely.

1. What's a nickname only your family calls you?
There really isn't anything. Mum occasionally calls me munchkin I guess

2. What's a weird habit of yours?
I'm crazy, all my habits are weird! Erm, I talk to myself/books/tv/work/anything that I feel warrants commenting at. I often correct podcasts or comment on things they've said whilst I'm out and about walking. I get weird looks.

3. Do you have any weird phobias?
Do clowns count? I have weird things that make me nervous, like cars/driving and phones/phone calls but they're not proper phobias.

4. What's a song you secretly love to blast and belt out when you're alone?
I don't have one in particular that stays, but at the moment it's Radioactive and Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons.

5. What's one of your biggest pet peeves?
Chewing with your mouth open, it is disgusting thank you very much. And excessive use of text talk on facebook, lots of u, m8 etc. I will want to hurt you.

6. What's one of your nervous habits?
Nail biting. I drum on my collar bones and play with my necklace as well.

7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
Side closest to the wall.

8. What was your first stuffed animal and it's name?
Peter Panda. I still have him. Unsurprisingly he is a stuffed panda bear. Apparently he was from Ikea and I picked up the filthiest one and wouldn't let go xD. Weird from birth I tell you.

this is not him

9. What's the drink you always order at starbucks?
I don't go often. Usually I just get a large mug of tea. Earl Grey, hot.

10. What's a beauty rule you preach, but never actually practice?
I don't think I have any. Maybe staying hydrated and eating well, neither of which I am any good at.

11. Which way do you face in the shower?
Away from the water mostly.

12. Do you have any 'weird' body 'skills'?
I can regurgitate on cue? Erm, I don't think so. I do the Spock thing with both hands.

13. What's your favorite comfort food thats 'bad' but you love to eat it anyways?
All of it. Chocolate and cheese toasties/cheese on toast are some of the worst. There's ice cream too... Oh and chips. Essentially, all of the foods ever.

14. What's a phrase or exclamation you always say?
"Holy crap on a cracker" or, erm, I don't know... Actually, I probably say "I don't know" more than anything, except maybe "I'm fine"

15. Time to sleep, what are you actually wearing?
Since it's warm, old vest top, pj pants and knickers. When it's cooler it's an old band teeshirt not a vest.

16. What did you used to wear that you thought was cool but now you realize it wasn't that hot?
Probably everything I wear fits into that category. I don't know, bandanas around my neck like a cowboy was probably a daft one xD

So, this was fun! Not really freaky, but ah well.
I'm going to tag:

If I Were Tag

I stole this fun tag from the lovely Ali at Zombies Wear Eyeliner

If I were a gemstone, I'd be Alexandrite it's just cool.
If I were a scent, I'd be hair dye. Weird and only a few people seem to like it.
If I were a pair of shoes, I would be combat boots. Versatile, great for walking long distances. I walk a lot.
If I were the weather, I would be spring sunny showers. Fickle and changeable at a moments notice.
If I were a facial expression, I'd be bitchface. I have perma-bitchface, I don't even mean to but I always look evil.

If I were a car, I'd be Skoda. It's my mum's car. I know nothing about cars lol.
If I were a time of day, I'd be mid-afternoon. It's when I function best, and when the world around me seems to be quietest whilst I'm awake.
If I were a month, I'd be October. Because October is the month of Halloween and the spooky and the supernatural, it's all the kinds of stuff I'm interested in.
If I were a place, I would be a farm. Animals, countryside, most of the things Ilove.
If I were a liquid, I'd be tea. I drink so much tea I'm practically made of it!

If I were a taste, I'd be sweet. In homage to my sweet tooth of doom!
If I were a sea animal, I'd be an octopus. Because eight appendages would be amazing!
If I were a food, I would be soup. So many flavours and types, soup can be warming and comforting, it can burn you, it can be cold as ice... and there's a great Red Dwarf joke about Gazpacho
If I were a colour, I would be purple. It's such a multi-faceted colour, pale, dark, vibrant, dull. And it's my favourite, I'm lame.

If I were a musical instrument, I would be keyboard. It can be beautiful or horrible or anything between.
If I were a flower, I would be a rose. 1.They are my favourites. 2. They have so much symbolism
If I were a song, I'd be Falling Down by Oasis
If I were a planet, I would be Pluto. Cold and not even a planet any more.

If I were an object, I would be laptop. Game, work, research, relax.
If I were a fruit, I'd be blackberries. They can be sweet or bitter.
If I were a sound, I would be the sound of typing. It's a sound I make a lot and I find it really relaxing.
If I were a day of the week, I'd be Thursday. I was born on a Thursday.

Music Tag

So I saw this on Makeup-Pixi3 and decided to steal it. Music means a hell of a lot to me, it's gotten me through a lot of things and expressed things for me I haven't been able to say. I plan on getting that quote tattooed on me some day, as cliche as that might be.

What’s your favourite type of music?
Rock above all else has been my staple, I probably lean towards the more "emo" end of the spectrum, but I enjoy bits from all across the board. Seriously my iPod has everything from Cradle of Filth to Cascada and Busted (I still love Busted, I'm sorry), but the majority falls somewhere in the rock category.

What’s your least favourite type of music?
Rap. Or at least the mainstream stuff I've heard. I'm sure there's something out there that is eloquent and I may even like, but the all "I'z so gangstah wit mah bitchez and dollahz" stuff, nah. Oh and most of the manufactured pop stuff irritates me, sorry (not sorry) Beiber and One Direction fans but I just can't even...

What’s the best gig you’ve been to?
Either A Day To Remember at Manchester Academy or William Control at The Roadhouse in Manchester. A Day to Remember because they're mine and my boyfriend's favourite band and it was just a wonderful experience between the two of us and they played "our" song and yeah... William Control because he's an amazing guy, an amazing performer and I was on the front row in this tiny intimate venue. It was an amazing show, I got to meet him afterwards and during the gig he touched me. I fangirled a bit.
Honestly though I've been to so many amazing gigs and had so many amazing experiences it's hard to pick. It'd be easier to pick the bad ones xD

What albums are you listening to at the moment?
At the moment I have Biffy Clyro "Opposites" and Falling In Reverse "The Drug In Me Is You" on repeat most of the time. Both amazing albums and well worth checking out if that's your thing and you haven't already.

What's your favourite bands/artists & favourite albums?
A Day To Remember are one of my all time favourite bands. Other favourites are Biffy Clyro, My Chemical Romance and The Used. I still have a lot of nostalgic love for Busted, Funeral For A Friend, Aiden and The Blackout though the later albums from FFAF and The Blackout have kind of passed me by without really grabbing me. From First To Last was a long time favourite of mine in high school and college.
Album wise I really can't pick, though itunes is telling me I should be recommending Homesick from A Day to Remember, Only Revolutions from Biffy Clyro and MCR's Danger Days.

If you could instantly know how to play any instrument, what would it be?
Piano. I used to take lessons but only managed my Grade 1 before I had to quit. I just really love piano, it's so beautiful and elegant.

I want to tag a couple of people, but like Makeup Pixi3 says anyone can [andshould!] do this if they want.
