Today has been weirdly busy for me, not aided by my foot (I am such a total and utter wuss with blisters and foot pain, it is an arse to walk on though). Still feeling guilty over getting the bus to town and back since it's only about a 30-45 minute walk usually. Though it was probably a good idea, especially as the heavens opened almost as soon as I got home and I'd have been caught out if I was walking. Plus I'm on my feet all day tomorrow with helping my Grandma and then volunteering work.
C'est la vie!
Currently googling relaxation techniques and such, though I may be the only person in the world who can get stressed whilst doing so! Just, so many of them I know don't work for me or aren't possible for me to do (ie. we don't have a bath). Anyone got any good ones?

ReplyDeleteI need to find some good meditation stuff, I've been going through audio on Youtube but so many of them have music which begins to grate on me or one had loud bells? I shall persevere with it, hopefully I can find a few I like :)
