Layla Hologram Effect Swatches

I've been meaning to post these for ages! Here are swatches of three of the Layla Hologram Effect polishes, Ocean Rush, Emerald Divine and Flash Black. Ocean Rush is a lovely ocean blue, Emerald Divine is a deep green and Flash Black is a dark charcoal, all with a stunning linear holo. The photos are taken in direct sunlight to show the holo, in shade they look like fine glitters.

These dry really fast, though that can lead to problems with application as they do tend to drag [I don't use a special base coat, just Hard as Nails] which can cause patchy application. You can actually see it a little in my nail swatch below. They do also wear really fast on the tips, especially with no topcoat. Still, I love them, just for the really strong linear holo effect. Linears are my favourite and I will literally sit and stare at my nails for ages in the sun with these. They're also a massive pain in the backside to photograph.

I bought these from Amazon priced between £5 and £6 depending on the shade, which is the cheapest I've seen.
