• I think Becky is an amazing writer, I love the voice that comes through in her posts over at Becky Bedbug, and as a teacher she has a far better grasp than I do of spelling, grammar, tone and content. So her post this week with tips for writing engaging content is a must read for everyone. Personally, I have it bookmarked. Also she had the most awesome and unique wedding ever, so do go and check out her wedding posts on the Florida Harry Potter ceremony and the second leg in England
• I really enjoyed this heartfelt post from Laura at Daisy Chain Dream on being a woman and what that means to her.
• If, like me, you get a bit muddled when it comes to face brushes and what they're used for then What's This Brush?: Face Edition by the lovely Hannah at Midnight Violets is a great one to read.
• I love, love, love this list of tips on how to write blog posts from the #socialbloggers chat (which I always miss!) from Corinne at Skinned Cartree.
• I seem to have an impressive skill in missing important Awareness days (feel free to tut in my direction), however this post and these beautiful nails by Katie at Lost and Found for World Suicide Prevention Day should more than make up for my failure.

Other things I've been loving this week:

• This Turquoise nail art is so awesome In awesome video form too.
• Octopus Leggings. I need them in my life. They may have to be a cheeky payday purchase...
• Rosebud Preserves (found through Foodstuff Finds ), there are so many things on there I want. I've been pigging out on a jar of Mango Chutney from The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight my Mum brought me back from their holiday, I cannot be trusted around preserves!
• Radiator Pjs. Mmm warmth.

Dislikes

• Loud sex noises. I'm glad you guys are having fun, but maybe keep it down a little at night? I'm a grumpy old dude really
• Business and general being a total mess this week. Hence the missed post I'm really sorry guys! Total fail on my part.
